Acute Health Effects:
From MSDS:EFFECTS OF EXPOSURE ENTRY ROUTE: INHALE - YES; INGEST - YES; SKIN - YES; EYE - YES INHALATION: Toxicity unlikely but excessive fumes in a confined area may be irritating. SKIN: No known toxicity but prolonged contact may lead to irritation. EYE: Direct contact may cause irritation. INGESTION: May cause gastrointestinal irritation. Ingestion of large quantities of ethylene glycol cause central nervous system and metabolic disorders, cyanosis, pulmonary edema, kidney failure and death. TARGET ORGANS: Eyes
Chronic Health Effects:
From MSDS:Prolonged skin contact may lead to irritation.
Carcinogenicity:
The ingredients in this product are not identified as carcinogens by NTP, IARC and OSHA.
First Aid:
SKIN: Wash with soap and water. Call a physician if irritation persists. EYES: Hold eyelids apart and flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention.INHALATION: Remove patient to fresh air.INGESTION: Call a poison control center immediately. Follow their specific instructions. Do not induce vomiting. Aspiration into lungs may cause chemical pneumonitis.
